1. Introduction

MensuraFit ("we", "our" or "the app") values the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you use our fitness app.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account Data: name, email, password (encrypted), date of birth, gender.

Physical Profile Data: height, weight, body measurements, activity level, training goals, physical limitations.

Workout Data: exercises performed, sets, repetitions, weights used, session duration.

Dietary Data: dietary restrictions, food allergies, preferred foods, and calorie and macronutrient targets. Allergies are treated as health data and used solely to exclude foods from your recommendations.

Progress Photos: images you choose to save to track your evolution. They are stored privately and, when you request an analysis or comparison, sent encrypted to our artificial intelligence provider for processing. They are not used to train models.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Personalize your workouts based on your profile
• Generate suitable exercise recommendations
• Track your progress over time
• Improve our services and AI algorithms
• Send notifications about your workouts (when allowed)
• Provide user support

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and none of your data is used to train artificial intelligence models.

For the app to work, we share data with the following providers:

• Supabase: database hosting, authentication, and file storage
• Google (Gemini): generation of workout and diet plans, and analysis of progress photos when requested
• OpenAI: text processing to match exercises to our demonstration library
• DeepSeek: workout plan generation when the primary provider is unavailable
• Google Firebase: usage metrics and crash reports

We may also share data when required by law or court order, to protect our legal rights, or with your explicit consent.

5. Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase, with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration or destruction.

6. Your Rights (LGPD)

In accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of your data
• Correction: update incorrect information
• Deletion: delete your account and all data
• Portability: export your data
• Revocation: withdraw consent at any time

7. Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After account deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except when retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations.

8. Minors

MensuraFit is intended for users over 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
