A plan built for your body, not for the average
Answer eleven questions. MensuraFit builds your week of training and a diet with your calories, using the food you actually eat.
How it works
No spreadsheet, no counting calories in your head, no magazine plan.
Tell us about you
Age, weight, height, goal, how many days a week, where you train and what equipment you have.
Get your plan
A full weekly split with sets, reps and a GIF demonstrating every exercise. The diet comes with calorie and macro targets calculated from your profile.
Adjust as you go
Swap any food for an equivalent one, talk to the coach mid-workout, and log weight, measurements and photos to see the difference.
What's inside
Training built for your context
Training at home with only dumbbells? The plan uses only what you have. Knee problems? High-impact exercises are dropped.
A coach during the session
A chat that knows your plan. Ask whether you can swap an exercise, how long to rest, or what to do when the machine is taken.
Nutrition with a substitution list
Every food can be swapped for another in the same group, at the equivalent portion already worked out — the way a dietitian hands it to you on paper.
Progress you can actually see
Weight, body measurements and photos compared side by side. Your calorie target adjusts itself as your weight trend changes.
Nutrition works by groups, not by banning things
It is not a fixed list of meals you abandon on Tuesday. Every item points to a group of equivalent foods, and swapping inside the group keeps the day intact — because each portion is already calibrated.
- Household measures, not just grams: "2 tablespoons (35 g)"
- Salad as you like, built into the plan
- Weekly shopping list, summed and rounded for buying
- Calorie and macro targets from the Mifflin-St Jeor formula
What you measure, you change
Log weight, circumferences and photos from the same angles. The app compares the photos side by side and uses your weight trend to propose a calorie adjustment — instead of you guessing whether it is working.
- Comparable progress photos
- Weight, waist, hips, arm, thigh and body fat
- Calorie adjustment suggested from the trend, not from a guess
- Full history of the workouts you completed
Frequently asked questions
Is my data used to train artificial intelligence?
No. Your data goes to AI providers only to generate your plan, and it is treated as yours. We do not train models with it. This is written in the privacy policy.
Do I need a gym?
No. You tell us where you train and what equipment you have. If you train at home with nothing, the plan uses bodyweight.
Does it replace a trainer or a dietitian?
No, and the app says so on the nutrition screen. It is a tool for organising and tracking. If you have a health condition, talk to a professional first.
Which languages does it support?
Portuguese, English and Spanish — including AI-generated content, which comes out in the app language.
Can I delete my account and my data?
Yes, from the app itself, under Settings. Deleting removes your data from our systems.
