By creating an account or using the MensuraFit app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the app.

2. Service Description

MensuraFit is a fitness app that offers:

• AI-powered personalized workout generation
• Exercise library with demonstrations
• Physical progress tracking
• Weight and body measurement logging
• Gamification and achievements system

3. Eligibility

To use MensuraFit, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide truthful information when registering
• Have the legal capacity to accept these terms
• Not have been previously banned from our services

4. Important Health Notice

MensuraFit does not replace guidance from doctors or physical education professionals. Before starting any exercise program:

• Consult a doctor, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions
• Consider hiring a physical education professional
• Respect your physical limits
• Stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort

You assume full responsibility for your health and safety during exercise.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential
• All activities carried out in your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use

Do not share your credentials with third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer the app
• Use bots or automated scripts
• Submit offensive or illegal content
• Violate intellectual property rights

7. Intellectual Property

The MensuraFit app, including its code, design, texts, graphics, logos and other materials, is protected by copyright. You receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license for personal use of the app.

8. User Content

By submitting content (such as progress photos), you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a license to store and process it
• Guarantee that you have the right to share such content
• Accept that the content may be used to improve the service

9. Limitation of Liability

MensuraFit is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that:

• The service will always be available or error-free
• Workout results will be specific
• AI recommendations will be perfect for your case

In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including physical injuries resulting from use of the app.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without prior notice.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can close your account at any time through the app settings.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be notified through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the city of São Paulo, SP.
